On the other hand, fruits and vegetables are good for us because they contain vitamins and minerals that are essential for our bodies.

Next, we looked at exercise. Exercise strengthens our bodies and gives us more energy. It makes us feel happy. There are many exercises you can do. You can do many things like running, swimming, dancing and lifting weights. Another way to increase our strength is through yoga. Yoga can be a great exercise as it increases flexibility, improves breathing and is an excellent way to increase strength. It is important to avoid junk food, and drink lots of water, if we wish to lose weight.

Finally, let's talk about sleeping. Sleep is an essential part of our daily lives. Insufficient sleep can cause fatigue and stress.
