This project had the main purpose of providing suggestions for how to maintain your health. To maintain good health, the first step is to learn what you can do. In order to achieve this we had to find out what exactly is good for our bodies. Then, we looked at all the ways people tried to improve health. We discovered many things that could benefit us. Finally, we came up some tips that would make us happier and healthier.

We began by looking into the various types of food we eat. We found that some foods are harmful and others are good for us. For example, we know that sugar is very unhealthy because it causes weight gain. Fruits and vegetables, on the other hand are healthy because they are rich in vitamins and minerals that are vital for our bodies.

Next we considered exercise. Exercise is good for our bodies and gives us energy. It also makes us feel happy. There are many exercises you can do. Running, swimming, dancing, lifting weights, and playing sports are some examples. Yoga is another great way to build strength. Yoga can be a great exercise as it increases flexibility, improves breathing and is an excellent way to increase strength. It is important to avoid junk food, and drink lots of water, if we wish to lose weight.

Finally, let's talk about sleeping. Sleep is an essential part of our daily lives. When we don't get enough sleep, we tend to become tired and stressed. This can lead to issues such as back pain, depression and heart disease. It is essential that we get sufficient sleep in order to keep our health good.
