Next, we will be looking at exercise. Exercise is good for our bodies and gives us energy. It also makes us feel happy. There are lots of exercises that we can do. Some examples include walking, running, swimming, dancing, playing sports, and lifting weights. Yoga is another option to increase strength. Yoga is an excellent exercise because it improves flexibility and breathing. Avoid junk food and drink plenty water if you want to lose weight.

Last but not least, we discussed sleep. Sleep is the most important thing we do each and every day. We become tired and stressed if we don't get enough rest. This can lead us to many problems such as anxiety, back pains, depression, heart disease or diabetes, and even obesity.
